Online Pricing & Partnership Executive ā Car Rental

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Online Pricing & Partnership Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online pricing strategies in a smarter, more dynamic way to maximize revenue, while also supporting the growth of outbound revenue by adding more partners and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update online pricing across all platforms using smarter, data-driven methods to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize rates dynamically.
- Support the development of partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs), brokers, aggregators, and corporate clients.
- Identify and onboard new channels to expand market reach and increase bookings.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to track revenue and partner contributions.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to align pricing with promotions and seasonal demand.
- Ensure accurate inventory and rate mapping across all online portals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the car rental industry (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of online distribution channels, OTAs, and aggregators.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make smart, data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
